Flipped Learning
For years students have been instructed by teachers, standing in front of the classroom. Homework assignments have been given to students to complete at home but unfortunately many students may not understand the homework assignment given. Flipped Learning gives students the opportunity to study the lesson at home so, when the students arrive to school the teacher can answer questions and only help with the necessary assignment(s). What I like about Flipped Learning is that I can have half my students watch an assigned video on the smart-board or classroom computer while I assist the other half. This also gives me the opportunity to notate my students' learning style, as a way to improve or modify classroom instructions.
